Long Beach Island Foundation has been a cultural landmark on the island for the past 74 years. Built in 1948, it continues to provide the public and its members a sensory variety of art, science, and culture all year long in the form of classes, exhibitions, lectures and special events.
An exhibition, "Unmasked Contemporary Paintings" will be in the main building for viewing until August 14th, with artwork selected by Jessica T. Smith, Curator from the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
You will be able to visit the clay studio, painting loft and the nature trail. Ask at main desk for directions and please consider supporting the Foundation, a non-profit 501c3, by becoming a member or making a donation.
